The Johnson Hill • Land Ethics Studio is, first and foremost, a landscape architecture firm. Principals Mark Johnson and Chet Hill have been practicing landscape architects for more than 20 years. As with all of our endeavors, we strive to strike a balance between people and the environment.

Our design ethic utilizes in-depth site analysis as a part of every landscape design and construction project. Furthermore, we have pioneered design workshop techniques that include the public/client as an integral part of the design process. The final product is unique to each project.
